Spoke to a girl at trading standards and she said that 'because they signed an agreement at the trade premises then there is no cooling off period and essentially they are fooked!!.
Needless to say i'm not impressed.

Aye consumer credit act. they will try an use the 'it was signed on LTD premises' lark, but stick to it, get the back up of CAB an go for it. no one likes bad publicity!

You could give the Trading standards a go and failing that there's always the press !

Could always go for the drive car to front door get out with keys and colour copied contract clutched in hand throw keys on table tear fake contract in half and say I want to exercise my contractually obliged cooling off period now get me the manager. Probably not be very amused but might get you a bit further
