hey,

I havent posted much on this forum so i thought i put up a few pics of my car ... kinda "then and now."

I bought her in July 06 with 92k on the clock and it now has just over 103k. She's 1990, 1.6 Driver, had to do quite alot of work to the engine ... including a new carb but totally worth the money  I still have a few things to do ...

- Collect the clear front indicators tomorrow and put them on.
- Get the bumpers colour coded
- Rage back box (being fitted wed 2nd)
- New BBS Alloys
- Lower it 40mm
- And hopefully get her paint work touched up and all dents pulled out 

any way here she is back in July 06 ...

looking good, only other thing I would suggest other than the points you have already made is to get some GTI sideskirts and side mouldings

nice looking motor you got there, my dad wanted my to leave the front grill as a 4 lamp but i wanted debadged, think i'm gonna go for the single lamp one now. But yeah nice motor, how many miles has it done?

Cheers mate, i was going to go for the two lamps but havent seen many golfs around with the de-badged 4 lamp so thought id be a bit different
