MK1 kent cam kit

hi would this cam kit fit my mk 1 golf its a 1986 1800 gti cabrio??

Kent cam kit GS2K to fit Volkswagen golf, jetta, scirroco MK1 1600, 1800, 8v

Depends if your car has hydro or solid tappets, I'd assume hydro but I'm not 100% sure!
Edit: That cam is suitable for solid lifters the GS*H cams are for hydro :)
