hehehehe i got the weber carb, took a little while to fit , but the results are great i just had 50 odd in 2nd gear in a 1.3 lol ;D
next it will be a new back box then cam shaft... ummmmm


p.s did you know teh weber has a manual choke????

i've got a recon'd twin 40 weber in the garage if you're interested  ;D if you dont mind doing 18mpg that is  :P

yeah i did know they were manual choke. more reliable! auto choke on the pierburg is W**k! seems klike you got good results!  nice one chap! keep us posted!

You got the inlet manifold aswell? U know where i could get one from. How much u want for them

heheh, well i was looking for some carbs like that to start with but the problem is nobody make manifolds for the 1.3 not even for the 32/36 carb jobbie, oh well, happy with the weber tho just done 55 in 2nd, getting even better!!!next will be the cam kit but need gear linkeage first :(
