Remove / Replace Nearside Door Mirror

Thanks to some ar$ehole, i need to replace my passenger side door mirror, been given a right boot whilst parked in town the other night.  Got a replacement in hand.

Any guides or advice on the procedure for accessing the fixing bolt would be appreciated

Just to let you know, removed old one and fitted new in under half an hour.

Simple enough task, Guess thats why no one replied eh?
