Hey all, discovered that my sill is leaking right in the corner by the inner arch at the bottom. It is due to having a replacement at some point i guess. I suppose they didnt put any seam sealer on to repair it. I am quite miffed about this as water leaks and runs right down the sill. This happened on my last golf too. I must stop buying dogs!
Anyway just wonder what the best method to repair it is? i have already seam sealed the rubber grommet and the bottom in the corner from the outside but it has not improved at all, i even put loads of Hammerite underseal over it too. Any ideas would be much appreciated?
