When you say you cleaned the TB did you take it off and do it?
You have to remove it and SCRUB every trace of black from the bore on both sides of the butterfly AND the edge of the butterfly disc!!!
The idle air gap when the throttle is shut is microscopically tiny and cleaning one side or "cleaning it a bit" is pointless and doesnt work. It has to look like new THEN it will idle...if thats the prob. Mine did exactly the same and only had a small amount of crud but I had to do it twice (properly the second time lol) then it worked like a charm. The gap needed is about the thickness of a sheet of paper and will block easily.
To find a vacuum leak you need a vacuum tester but if it won't idle then its going to be hard to test. To make it idle so you can drive it just now, pull the throttle cable back out of the mount on the TB and move the circlip closer to the end one ridge at a time till it will idle, then investigate the other stuff one by one!
