steering wheels
« on: 01 February 2007, 21:50 »
does the type of wheel on i have signify the spline size of my car>?
the previos mk2 i had had a early mk1 type wheel withe the 4 buttons.
The present is from 88 and has the chunky stype wheel with the central horn push.
I assumed that this is the later larger spline wheel and ordered a boss kit to fit.
the kit i have doesn't fit have i ordered the wrong kit?

Yeah, I think around 89 they changed to bigger bosses.

Check your PM's though...
