Put in the website address (ebay one) into the "translate webpages" section and select the language.

It does work, just cant link it!

I asked a German mate to translate in a bid to be a bit more helpful, he said:

It is the plastic wind "farings" ("wings") for the side of a car.

God knows what that means but i can only think it must be the side skirts.
