no it wont , as i said if its a none metallic finish you dont need laquer , where as metallic finishes you do , if you do want to put laquer on the none metallic finish to make it harder wearing , after its dry wetflat it with some 1200-2000 paper then spray it with the laquer once youve cleaned the surface after flatting it. the laquer will give the surface the glossy look hence why it doesnt matter if you remove the shine on the paint underneath.

Lacquering will help protect paint and prevent fading as long as the paint is not completly dry is ok without flatting down paint , I never had a problem with cars coming back (and renault have long paintwork warrantys) , check my sig for results  :smiley: , I also did lower grille same way , also eyebrow spoiler yet to fit
