Any ideas.... HELP!

Hey plps, Ok now i have worked out how to upload pics to the forum...  So here goes! My GF's GTI (T) Has quite a few problems but atm the first one that needs to be done is the "Alloys" They are sexy but they have somekind of marks on them! Was thinking of trying to use a few products on them to try and get this off but i think it might need a lil something more like (refurbing).  Would someone give there advice on what might be wrong or does anyone know anywhere in Hampshire/London/Essex where we could get the alloys refurbed have heard the price for each alloy would be around £25 mark?

Are they the MK4 anniversary ones , a few members have been havin real trouble with em , speak to the boss (JV) or have a look in the mk4 section i think a couple have had them exchanged (for a fee) at VW
