i want to upload pic's of me car and all it keeps coming up with is Pixel allowance exceeded. how can I get round this?

I use a programme/photo album called picasa from google (and it's free) and i export them to my picture's. the export function let's you reduce the pixel count. I also had this problem when i first tried to add picture's on here and this was the simple answer.
