Wheel Camber Adjustment?

Hi Gang!

I've got some bbs alloys from a beemer on my mk2 GTi. They're 15" and 7.5" wide and they're rubbing on my arches, but only a very small amount and only when i've got loads of weight in the car or hammering it round a corner  :smiley:.

I was looking at having the arches rolled but this is gonna cost at least £250 which i don't really have. So... I was thinking that as the tyres only rub slightly, would it be possible to correct the problem by adjusting the camber of the wheels?

What are the issues with doing this? Will it ruin the handling? Is it a terrible idea?

Advice is required oh wise ones

Not only will it screw up the handling it will also murder your tyres. Rol the arches yourself, it's not a hard job or if you're on coil overs bring the ride height up a notch.

How would I do it myself? I'm no mechanic... anything above changing the oil filter and I'm lost  :grin:
But if its easy and it'll save me a buck then I'll have a go. Would I need to buy one of those arch rollers?
