Roof trims????

Can anyone help me with the removal of the roof / gutter trims on a mk2 golf please i will be re fitting them so i need to keep them in good condition (dont want to just rip them off)

just pull them off in an upwards direction starting at the back, when you get down to the front wing they just need a bit of a wiggle to get them out... not actually done any for many years, but I think thats right :rolleyes:

best way is to start at the door openning, work the lowest edge up and out in both directions (front and back) then start at the back first easing it off.

if you don't break them! :P its a bit of a guessing game, mine were all fine to re-use, if not they are pence from vw or gpc.
