problem with central looking

Hi I have recently bough mk4 1.8t W reg. and I have a problem with central looking.
When use the button to disarm the alarm only my door (driver) will open.
Is there any hidden button to change this?
If not does anyone know what could be a problem?
The central looking is working quite loud about 3 times louder then on my mk3 gti, is that normal?

thats what it should do

press once and it opens the drivers door press again and all the doors open it can be changed as far as i know but you need to reprogram it at vw

and yea it is loud
