what do you reckon to this pic of an alternative 'mk4 wiper'???? have a look and compare with my standard rear wiper in my sig pic compared to sample!!!!, apparently its off a 'skoda fabia' looks like im off to a skoda dealer to get one for mine!!! thought id show yas as it looks a nice smooth mk4 mod!!!! ;D ;D

yeah i took pic from 'golfturbo' pic on a thread on uk mk4s site, neevr knew off it before but looks sweet and shall be bangin one on mine before newark!!!! ::) ::)

go to the links on the mkiv website and then go to foxys site, it is a good site and he has done quite a lot of trick stuff to his car.  Thats where this idea of the skoda rear wiper came from, along with passatt w8 interior lights.

nice link, i got idea from 'golfturbo' on uk mk4's who sells the usa rabbit badges!!!, will have a look for parts  number as im struggling!!!! ;D

just been havin a browse hes got some good shate goin on there!!!!, dont think ill be doin it to mine though, after me wiper etc thats it for mine aint into all those diy things!!!! (mind you the green led for the door led is good but you gotta piss about gettin resisitors etc other than that its a cool easy mod!!!) the rest id leave to rest not for me im afraid!!!! ;D

Just been to Foxy's MkIV page and he's done a lot to his car.  Some of the stuff, especially when it comes to electrical stuff goes over my head but he's provided pic's of what he's done.

The rear wiper looks so much better than the standard VW one.  Is it just the case of going to a Sokda dealer for the wiper or can it be ordered over the internet - does anyone know?

I'll be trying to put my new "rabbit" badge on this weekend.

heres the part numbers, wiper arm=6y69554535 , centre cover=6y6955707, i think you may need the blade also, but mrwotto is picking mine up from a skoda garage in liverpool, all in ?16, so should have by the weekend! then will get some more shots!(the skoda garages round here are shate!! and there website aint much better!!) if you can find a big dealer youll get parts no probs!! ;D
