Twin headlights - masking for Europe ???
« on: 27 August 2006, 09:52 »
Hi Folks,

Has anyone ever masked their headlights for driving in Europe? A picture of where you masked would be even better?

I am off to the Nurburgring in two weeks and looking at my lights have to admit to my lack of euro lighting regulations so lost as to where to start. Possibly just paint em yellow or is that just how we had to do it in the good old days?

While I am on the subject, whats the craic with warning triangles and spare bulb kits?

I already have my Euro GB sticker in place so thats the easy bit covered. Just dont want to get any more hassle than I need when driving through Holland and Germany??

CheeRS all

Dave..

When you look straight at the lamp, there is a 'triangle' shape on the right hand side. This is the reflector you need to cover in black tape.

This head lamp is LHD but you get the picture, hence the 'trangle' part is on the left.

Sh1t, that pictures massive!!
