wheres the best place on the web for wheels n secondly would i get away with 16s on a 60mm drop

new, ive gt bout 500 to play with for a pair of 15,s    ive seen a set of tsw volcanos but thts about it, the dubmiester website is good but there without tyres and would need to be balanced

Hmm depends on what you want really. Maybe a good idea to find a large wheel-based shop with a large selection, then you cn see them in the flesh so to speak and offer them up to the motor.
