They will take them to about 7k, peak power on valvers is usually around 6.5k (so naturallly it will be less on an 8v). It's easy to see as the power will keep increasing then drop off on a graph, which would be the indication to take your foot off the accellerator.

I frequently take mine all the way round to 7k when joining certain motorways, feels stronger all the time.

That's spot on for a valver if they know what they're doing. The power graph I've got for mine shows that they let off the accelerator at 7k as it was starting to drop on power by then

i think silverstone cost us £40 each i think correct me if im wrong.i think most cars are rr tested in 4th gear well mine was.mine was the first one in the rollers and yes it is quite scary to hear your car getting some stick but they do know what they are doing and unless youre car is already fooked the chances of them blowing it are nil.i think they ran mine about 5 times and it got better and better.i will say one thing though hearing you car getting a abit of a whipping sounds really cool cos you dont get to hear it in the same way when youre inside it.id be up for another rr day id be more than happy to leave it in their capable hands but funds are abit laps at the mo
