Clifford G50 alarm
« on: 14 December 2003, 16:08 »
Can anyone help me?

I have a Mk1 Cabrio, and it has a Clifford G50 alarm and immobilser fitted.

The problem is this:
It automatically locks the doors when the ignition is switched on.  This becoming very annoying, as I have now managed to lock the myself out of the car with the engine running, several times.  Is there anyone out there with an instruction manual, or prior knowledge of this alarm, that can tell me how to diable this unhelpful feature.  The instruction manual wasn't supplied with car, so I'm a bit stuffed.  I have contacted my local Clifford dealer, who will supply me with a manual at a cost, but I thought I'd see if anyone can help here first.

Thanks
Ian
