relays mk2 89 16v

Both electric windows packed up together last night at the kfc drive through  just rang vw tell me the relay is 15 + vat and is special order only, pulled the relay number 19 that they told me it was, out of the car and my windscreen wipers stopped working 

so have they read there diagram wrong or does 19 control the electric windows and the wipers ?

i've done a search on here and the general comments are that 19 control the wipers.

solved.

it seems my rear electric window motor fuse has gone aswell, replaced that and the electric windows are working, what these two have in common i do not know , may be some one shed some light.

also i think i found that window relay , its 24 on like an additional fuse box above the normal bank of fuses and relays, maybe some one can confirm that two

I took the fusebox when I got all my mk2 16v bits - mine's got 2x no.19 relays in it?

They meant POSITION 19, not number 19
It will be clipped above the fusebox, the one which also has a fuse clipped to it
