Mk4 styled headlights for Mk3

Any recommended places to buy a set of these?

Just that I know that there are some real cheaply made ones flying around that should be avoided I've been told.

Do Hella make them still? I've seen ones made by 'Pro'

Any help would be appreciated.

I heard that one brand... it begins with an M... cant remember the name... gives crap "sideways" light output... so u cant see the hedge very well untill u crash into the tree

i keep seeing them on ebay mate for a price of ?120 and they look really good to,i just tried to find you a link for them but it seems that they aint on there at the mo but keep looking cos they are always on there,sometimes ebay doesnt always find things which are on the site but be patient and you will see them

Hella still make them and In Pro ones are similar quality Venom do them. Dont touch the Volksbits ones those are the cheapos, just remember that when you fit Mk4 lights to a Mk3 you lose your electrically operated load adjustment ie. when under full load factory fit headlamps angle accordingly but they do look good , i put some on this year and they make a BIG difference in the style stakes!

N-Wales, u got any pics? I want sum new headlights, but dunno whether to get mk4 style or just quad lights.

Also... do u HAVE to buy the ones with auto adjust to allow u to use the internal light leveler? or can they all make use of the level thing?

If you want quads you have to uprate the wiring loom (not everyone tells you that when you buy em!).Mark 4 ones as far as i know are not internally adjustable on any make. Dunno how to put pics on here but go look at  www.demonvw.co.uk  and most of the mark 3s have them fitted now because they do look good and i find give much better visibility.
