immobiliser key flash

the symbol for the immobilisir keeps flashign on the dash board how do u turn it off pls this si the symbol with the car and the key under it cheers

took my key to vw to code but they cudnt do it saying i need a transponder since then i have the immobo light flashing on the dash vw said it will turn off by itself after a few engine starts with the proper key, when i put the key they tried to code in it opens the doors by remote and starts the engine then the car turns off with a error saying" immob activated" now i know i need a new transponder but how do i get rid of the flashing light pls pl spl shelp

One thing that I don't have the answer for sorry mate, I thought you had some guy that would code your keys cheap anyway, just get him to do it

i do but i took it to main vw for cruise fitting so thought it wud be handy as i was there
