The best spark plugs

Hello

What are the best spark plugs to use in a 16v. Ive spoken to my local vw parts man and he reckons longlife things that they sell ?4.00 each. Any good are they.

I got the new Bosch "quad" ones from halfords...

?20 for the 4,seem to work great....
