Im pretty sure most manufacturers of exhausts will list them with the 4 motion valance fitted. Miltek do one have a look online for prices. The rear valances pop up on ebay now and again and just clip in once you remove your existing valance.

Milltek's the brand to go for.....  They do one in 4 motion style (twin exit - need 4M valance), Anniversary style (single exit - need Anni valance), R32 style (single exit either side of the car - need R32 bumper) & OE 1.8T (diesel ) style - no valance required.

I'm going the 4M route, myself (when funds allow).  I've just purchased a new OE valance for £20.

ive heard the 4motion valance is about £40 from the stealers i just cut mine out with a hacksaw blade as ive also heard the towing eye is in a different place on the 4 motion so you will have an empty cutout

The 4 mo valance is £38 from the stealers(part number 1J6 807 521 C i believe) and yes the 4 mo towing eye is in a different place, does not really notice tho
