Just as well none of you lot live in surrey, you wouldn't even get your front tyres changed for a hundred quid let alone your clutch  :laugh:

I reckon book time for a clutch is 3.5 hours on average.
I challenge anyone who reckons that a garage will do the job for a hundred quid to post the garage details up with the phone number  :laugh:

Yeah i agree.
But thats not what this thread was originally about.
Not everyone knows someone unfortunately, so to suggest that over 200 quid is steep is, well rather misleading.

I get my tyres off ebay, there are loads of companies selling new tyres on there now, and I'm lucky to know a tyre fitter, so get some pretty cheap deals  :cool:
As for anything else on the motors, well nothing has beaten me yet  :laugh:
So where abouts in Weybridge are you from? i grew up in Walton.

Mines booked for a new clutch (finally!!) in this friday with Carro's Automotive Services (01799 543828) !! been quoted £100 fitting only! :smiley:
