Rear jacking points

So confused.  I can see the front jacking points protruding from the floorpan.  At the rear, the nearest I can see is two holes per side just in front of the rear wheels.  Are these jacking points?  They don't protrude from the floorpan, and they look flimsy as f**k.

I'm a little confused here.

if u look right under just forward of the wheels there is a cross beam that goes entire way across, i always use that as well as positioning back up wood under same cross beam
