I've got aircon, but if I use the heater without switching on the aircon, the windscreen fogs up very quickly, and in time the rest of the car does the same.

Obviously this means that the heater is blowing out damp air whereas the aircon is dry air, but does anyone know why there should be moisture in the system in the first place.

Seems stupid to have to keep using the aircon throughout the winter.

dont u have to turn off the recirculate, otherwise you're pumping your own breath around too..
