mk1 Convertible Mat set

I'm looking for some mats for my mk1 convertible. I went to GSF and their set didn't fit properly. It a sportline, so the interior is black, so I'm looking for something dark with maybe "GTi" embroidered in red or silver. Anyone got any recommendations?

Sure can - I got a full set of mat's made by Justmatz.co.uk - they are worth the money as the quality is outstanding. I've got a black set with GTI in Silver in the middle of each mat - very nice. One happy customer.  :grin:

GemGti, did you get them for a golf mk1 hard top or a mk1 convertible? I'm concerned that they wont fit a convertible, although correct me if I'm wrong but the back of the convertible is smaller, and properly tight for space and the rear footwells are tiny.
