Well, tuesday just gone by brakes failed and just stopped working, so today was the only time i was able to look at it. Well, the problem was that one of the goodridge hoses (which was too long) was rubbing against a driveshaft and therefore was being worn down , obviously it got worn down a lot and went on tuesday .... off i pop to awesome and luckily i dont have to buy a fulll new set (which was £62 with discount) , but they had a couple of hoses in a bag which were loose ... luckily there were two with the same fitment as the ones i wanted... so £20 later , the problem is solved and the brakes are biting lovely and stopping great.
Onto the next problem... drivers side door locking mechanism and handle ... i take it off and find somehow the door barrel and brakcet it has has somehow snapped into 2 pieces !!! ..... so now i have had to put it back in until next week when i get hold of a new handle and lock mechanism ... if anyone has one spare and you can let me have it for small sum of money then PM or let me know here...
