advice needed re:wheels

think iv decided on borbet a's now as new wheels but got some things to ask.

1) noticed theres 7.5 and 9.5's would either need arch for for me to get them underneath? Im tempted to get 7.5s at front and 9s at the back. would this look odd?

2) How much would/should i be lookin to get the spokes sprayed black and the rims left silver?

3) what will the damage be for tyres? is ther much difference in price for the two different sizes?

7.5's will be ok, the 9's would be a squeeze and wouldprobably need the arches rolling and pulling, but would look cool. to get them painted etc would probably be about £25-£40 a wheel tyres, well thats as much as you want to spend really, but would have to either stretch the same size tyre on the 9's or get a wider one for the rears.
