I'm really pleased with my TCR to CS change, saved a ton of cash against new with a very lightly used example with a great spec and it does drive better. I would've loved a red Ed50 but no way would I pay full price as the colour was the main draw. Food for thought?

I have to say that in reality, the moss green color is really great with a lot of depth and is hard to capture. It is strange and unusual with a luxurious touch.
However, it has one disadvantage and that is that it is impractical. King red was much better in this regard.

Impractical? Presumably by that you mean it shows the dirt more than a Kings Red car would. Moss Green will be no different to any dark(ish) coloured car in that respect and IMHO it looks great when it’s clean. It will be a bit like looking after a black car though which IMHO is a labour of love keeping it looking good.

If it was my car I’d either get it ceramic coated or if you’re ’old school’, periodically apply a couple of layers of a good wax or sealant to make it harder for the dirt to stick to the paintwork and make it easier to wash when it does get dirty. And be sure to use a safe wash technique to avoid inflicting swirls on the paintwork as swirls do show up on dark coloured cars when it’s sunny.

I have information and the message from internal vw showing exactly where and how to fit the limited edition plaques and it is only 1000 units this plaque is the one they are used, they say that once the build has a bin number the numbered plaques get automatically issued and sent out to the supplying dealers, 100% 1-1000 and numbered car

Are you able to share this info, where it is going, right hand side glove box area?

VW (Group 1) Lowestoft has delivery what appears to be one of the first few Edition 50s for UK customers, and in Dark Moss Green!

No picture or info on the UK plaque so now I'm more sure it's not happening, it should have been placed in these initial cars if it was true. If they bumped the import numbers to 1500 then not having a plaque makes sense, 1500 is too many, and not a neat number to showcase about.
