Annoying Lane assist

When i got my car (8.5 gti) the stop/start was in the favourites on the top line, so can very conveniently switch it off quickly as soon as i start the car.
How do you get the lane assist in to the favourites on the top line so that can be switched off in the same way?

Do you have access to an OBD dongle?

This way you can switch it off or more precisely switch it to remember your last setting which would be OFF.
Every time the car starts then it starts in the off position.

Cannot be done with the 8.5 unfortunately. It's all locked down.

And no, I don't think you can add lane assist to the shortcuts on top either. They did recently add the ability to toggle off the speed-warning bongs to that shortcut list but it requires an infotainment software update (or a new car!) to get it.
