New member saying hi
« on: 27 August 2025, 14:21 »
Hello all, I'm new to the world of VW Golfs. I'm recommissioning a MK4 GTi 25th anniversary edition for a friend. The car has stood for 6 years and is looking a bit sorry for itself. It was taken off the road due to multiple brake / ABS warning lights showing. The aim is to get the car running and driving and will then most likely be sold. This site looks to be a great source of technical information and moral support which I'm sure will be needed! No photos as yet, I'll post some if the owner is ok for me to do this. Thanks for adding me to the forum.

Hello!
Lots of good info on the forum, a multitude of lights isn't unheard of and could be something simple and entirely unrelated!
Good luck and enjoy yourself.
