New member - return back to hot golf’s!

Hi all,

After a few years away from VW and the golf I have returned to the fold with a MK8 Golf R. It’s technically our family car to run alongside my company car. But either way both my partner and I love it, new infotainment not the best but you quickly get used to it. Had various golfs over the years, and always preferred the looks of the MK7 but like most things the new model is growing on me and like it more all the time.  :smiley:

That's a very nice way to return to the Golf!

The infotainment is actually quite good when you get used to it and provided you don't get bongs all the time.  If that happens, and provided the car is still under warranty, I recommend a new steering wheel at VW's expense.   It's sorted my car out.

Not a bad car to return to the marque with!
I’ll assume the white BMW is the company car?
