I’m agreed with davo, I’ve had plenty of remaps over the decades and will always go for drivability as opposed to peak numbers. The low-mid range kick in the back is addictive and super-useful as opposed to high peak figures that you can’t use on the road.
Maybe if you’re a drag strip regular or do track days you’ll want a different delivery and the beauty of turbo cars is that you can do this without changing cams, displacement and fuelling systems but for me it’s the mid range thrust that I went for in a remap.
