Launch Mode & Traction Off R

How do I engage this?, I have an R for 24 hours next week and want to drive without aids

Menu, vehicle, exterior, swipe left to the second page, click brakes.. Its there.

Launch Control Programme

    Switch off TCS Brake support systems.

    Depress and hold the brake pedal with your left foot.

    Move the (gear) selector lever to position S or to Tiptronic mode.

    With your right foot, depress the accelerator until the engine speed reaches approximately 3,200 rpm.

    Take your left foot off the brake. The vehicle will start with maximum acceleration.
