Have you got a quick wbac quote?

That's a low ball trade price, use that as your utterly minimum price and go from there. If you are trying to sell privately its probably worth at least ten percent more than wbac say, possibly as much as twenty percent.

Feel struck driving gold with the TCR, ticks all my boxes, and as much sure there is case for others definitely cannot see me parting with, in fact given the lower than usual mileage still feel in honeymoon stage and there is lots of getting to know and appreciate miles yet to come.

Will the sale of your current house pay for the new build?

We built a new house a couple of years ago. We sold our old house well and managed the financial side of the build well, which meant that we didn't need to cash in anything else in to pay for it. Building design is my thing and I have many clients that sell up and move into rented short term and pay for it that way.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.
