Recaro Seat runner - whats it called?
« on: 15 October 2005, 13:52 »
Afternoon can anyone help me out here please

Ive got mk4 Golf 25th anni seats and am after puting them in my m3. One way or another they have to go in

Now the bit that slide forward and back unerneath the seat fits on top of two base runners (if you know what I mean) Problem is I dont know what these are actually called, if they are a vag part I can get hold of, or if its actually part of the chassis? (hope that makes sense  )

I think if I get hold of this then the seats will go in no probs?

I've looked at  changing the subframes from the mk3 seat onto the mk4 but thats a no go as it wont be safe enough.

Hope someone can advise cos I cant wait to post some pics

May have to buy a complete new subframe, which i wont imagine to be cheap.
