Can ne one tell if electric windows from a Mk3 fit in a mk2?? Are universal electic windows ne good?

no, and probably not.
Try to get hold of genuine or the aftermarket MK2 'electric life' kits.  http://www.gsfcarparts.com sell em new :)

i had a problem with electric motor on drivers side and bought one of here but was for quarter window doh!! so i prized the motor out and replaced it into the mechanism dodgy i know but works...god im a genius :laugh:
