Ahhh yes, I thought it might have been something like that.

As such, potential for a MOT fail I'd guess.

I be amazed if any MoT test station would notice let alone know the ruling on the minimum distances involved, it would just look stock to Joe Bloggs!! nice subtle mod though!

It's passed an MOT like that so I wouldn't let it put you off doing the mod.

Never had issues with the MOT. Bigger issue is the "brigade" that brake before indicating as the brake lights will mask out the indicators for a split second.

It's not so much masking the indicators, it's more to do with knowing why they are braking in the first place.

Why has this bloke in front slowed to a virtual stop? Ahh, I see, he's just put his indicator on, so must be turning. Pity he couldn't have let me know sooner. Still, at least his Nissan Juke looks cool with its front fog lights on.
