Radio was working fine on the drive home on Friday. Turned the car on in the evening and it popped up on 87.5 FM. No sound and wasn't able to select any presets. Switched to AM and no sound. The option for DAB was gone. It took a while to switch to my iPod. Took just as long switching to the SD card. Nav/BT/Traffic work fine.
I've given it the soft reset by holding down the power button for 10 seconds but still no luck.
On the commute in this morning after 1h 20m it started playing on FM. I could switch to AM and hear stations too. Gave it another soft reboot and nothing from the radio again.
Anyone had similar issues? Is there a way to do a hard reset? Car is 6 weeks out of warranty now. Going in for a service this week, are any fault codes likely to appear for this?
