Audison Prima kit for MK7 or MK6

Hi all,

I'm currently on the market for some sound upgrades on my MK7 Golf, I've been offered this Audison Prima kit for the MK7 and they also do it for the MK6, just wondered if anyone on the forum has this kit or has heard it.
Wanted to know what it's like before I take the plunge on a sound system which is 1.2k+

Apparently it is specifically designed and fine tuned for the Golfs, you get a sub, amp and front speakers, the processor in the amp is supposed to fine tune the OEM tweeters and rear components to make them compliment the Audison fronts.

What you guys reckon and if any of you own this kit i'm all ears what you all have to say about it or other sound upgrade options you'd recommend for this budget.

I want good clear sound with full mid and nice tight bass, nothing boy racerish just top sound.

That's the one JV, wow not seen it for that price before, cheapest I've seen is £1049, but that's from a supplier in my home town who will be fitting it and I can use them as a go to place if anything fooks up.

Can someone move this to the MK7 area, just realised it might be better there as it's quite MK7 specific.

I had focal I'm my passat with JL audio amps. When I stripped system out when I sold it, I ran with just fronts on std head unit and was amazed at quality and base. I thought I had left my sub in! I'm hound down same route in gti but without amp to start but full dynamated doors.

So in your mk7 you are going to upgrade the door speakers but run off the standard stereo, let me know how that sounds as the VW processor is supposed to be ok.
Never dynamatted any of my previous cars, deffo worth doing? what's the difference

Yes it is, this kit/set-up is completely plug and play to the existing wiring, tuned and fully designed specifically for the mk7 only. (jeez I sound like an Audison rep lol) just been doing some reading on it that's why.

From what I have seen on this forum, not many have upgraded the sound systems on the mk7. The standard in my car is just about acceptable if not loud so I deffo wanna upgrade.

From what I've been reading up on it, the process has been fine tuned for the distances of speakers in this car, also it has a custom sub. There are other things but you'd need to read up about it i'm not that techy to be honest but keep getting told by different Audio shops and forums that it's mostly about the processor.
