Definitely get the alignment done to save you burning through tyres.

The only other thing you might need to get done is the headlight alignment. Due to the self leveling feature in the headlights, they will then auto adjust too low (as it will think the car is heavily loaded due to the rear suspension being lower. Some people say that you need to do a VCDS procedure to realign them but I simply adjusted the headlights manually (there are some adjustments on the headlights - 5 or 6mm allen key) with absolutely no issues whatsoever.

I didn't need any form of adjustment to the radar sensor for the ACC etc.
