Is that your dad?
Trackdays are great fun, I used to do occasional ones but haven't for many years now.
I was always a bit wary of crashing my own car on track so used to take it steady. A friend of mine used to take me on track in his Audi which was fun from the passenger seat, it's also a good way of taking it all in as the really fast stuff goes past you which you don't get to appreciate quite the same when you're driving yourself as your concentration has to be so high.
I once spent a few laps in the passenger seat with a pro race driver and I definitely felt like I needed to lie down on the grass for a while when I got out!
