Brescia wheels - why so much cheaper?

They are cheaper to spec new than the Santiagos plus looking online, they are €1339 compared with €2599 for the Santiagos.

Does anyone know why there is such a big difference?

I'm gonna guess it's because they are drop forged light weight alloys with more expensive tyres.

Thanks, prices above though are for wheels only plus the Santiagos don't seem all that light. The Pretorias are forged and light iirc and €3150. Just seems odd.
