Is Car Net App Connect standard on Mk7.5 GTI?

Im looking at getting a 7.5 GTI and struggling to work out if Car-Net App-Connect is include as standard or  is an option.

Brochure seems to say that its not included on the S, but it is on the SE spec.  GT spec adds to the SE spec, and GTI adds to the GT spec so would have expected it to be included as standard equipment on SE, GT and GTI, however Dealer is saying that its a chargeable option on the GTI and wants an additional £165 to add it.

Can anyone clarify if Car-Net App-Connect is included on standard spec on the GTI?

On my pre-facelift GTI I had Car-net as standard but the App-Connect part was an optional extra.

On the facelift car-net and app connect is standard.
