Stereo display

Looking at this pic https://www.dropbox.com/s/j2qxp2t0suzu8ne/Photo%2003-10-2016%2C%209%2050%2035%20pm.png?dl=0 the icon for Radio is huge, is this something that's an option in the setting some where?

It's the station logos for DAB. On the MIB1 units (prior to 2015), when you was on one of alternate display screens these were supposed to show up as large icons but never did. VW only got this "feature" sorted on the newer MIB2 units (post 2015), and is automatic with no setting to switch on.
