Rear view mirror wiring question

Hi guys,

I recently had a new windscreen fitted and noticed some exposed wiring behind the rear view mirror.

Is it supposed to look like this or should it have a cover or something?

That looks like an aftermarket phone aerial.

Thanks. I have bluetooth phone prep on the car but that was from new.

The wiring also has some sticky back foam on it and it looks like it's been removed for the new screen and re-stuck.

Can only think it may have been behind the roof lining before..
