One thing to note with the mats is they seem to have changed the shape of the heel pad to an oval shape.  Someone posted pics in here a while back of it.  So it's no longer square as in the photos above.

Either way, they look great.

Slightly off topic, Im sure I have seen some very nice Red GTI mats but can not seem to find them, any help locating these would be great.

Scotte, you can order red edged mats from the same company as above and request a GTI logo in the way Booth said for her R. I have the mats in my GTI, just didn't have the logo added.

Quality is excellent and they are very good value for money. You may also wish to consider the foot rest:

which smartens up the interior for about £30 and a small and cheap little addition (about a fiver) in the Audi replacement 12v socket cover:

Perhaps not to everyone's taste, but I really like the upgrade to red led footwell lights to replace the standard white ones, gives a nice warm glow for under £20 and 10 minutes effort:

Ted says he likes them!

Thanks very much for that they look great.

Trying to decide if I should get a logo on them for the GTD. Think I would go for just the standard black edging to keep it understated, but with grey stitching just to lift it a bit. The upgrade is mainly for the carpet quality, and also the extra heel bit, as I can see my standard mats are already starting to wear a bit where my heels are resting.

Not convinced the GTD logo would look that great though. Don't get me wrong, I like the R logo on Rebecca's ones (if only I could afford an R ), but not convinced the GTD logo would look as good.

I wasn't sure when we first got him but the car would be quieter without him!

I didn't go for a GTI logo as I thought it would look a bit much, the two tone edges look excellent and I'm very happy with them.
